Our student studies meet weekly during the school year.  We have Small Group studies, a Sunday morning Bible study, and Life 173.  In these studies, we study various books of the Bible, topics, and teachings.  Each semester we also offer a class on the basics of Christianity, From Creation to Consummation.  In all of our study of the Bible, we are committed to being formed by the Scriptures as they shape and guide our understanding of true life.

Our Christian Vocation: Sundays February 21, 28 and March 21, 28 at 9:15am During the season of Lent we are looking at what it means to live life faithfully as people of God. The study considers what it means to be called by God and how that plays out in our work, family, church, and social life. We hope you can join us for this four week study!

Studies During the Week:         

From Creation to Consummation: This class covers the foundations of the Christian faith and can lead to membership in our church.  This is a ten week course and classes last about an hour and a half each week.  Classes begin at the start of each semester.  Whether you are just interested in the faith, a new believer, or an old time Lutheran, this class is a great opportunity to learn or solidify the basics of the Christian faith. Our current class is meeting Thursdays at 5:30pm. We will begin another class in the summer. If you are interested in taking the class, please contact Pastor Michael as we attempt to adjust the day and time for those who are interested in participating.

Small Groups: Our small groups seek to build community around the Word of God.  They are a great opportunity to grow in the faith and get to know your fellow believers.  We have several opportunities for small groups this semester. For those interested in a non-student/student mix we have a women's study on Mondays at 7pm (begins January 25) and a men's study Mondays at 7pm. We also have another women's study for students: Mondays at 5:45pm.   If you are interested in participating in a small group please contact Emily Goff.

Life 173: Each Wednesday, during the Fall and Spring semesters, we gather at 7pm for an opportunity to grow in the life given us through Christ and then to proclaim that life in our singing and in our everyday lives. Currently we are on hiatus for our Lenten worship services. We will resume our regular Life 173 format April 7 following Easter. Until then, join us for our Lenten services at 7pm. We hope to see you soon!
